Sr. Salesforce Developer, Field Service at NeuraFlash

NeuraFlash is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to contribute to Salesforce project implementations. The Sr. Salesforce Developer is expected to collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, identify their requirements, design, develop, QA, and deploy solutions. Additionally, the role involves contributing to internal product development, focusing on building components for packaged solutions. The company is developing a top-tier delivery team and is seeking someone to contribute to their success.

Role involves:

• Working directly with customers and defining requirements.
• Presenting and delivering solutions.
• Architecting solutions.
• Developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Leading technical design sessions.
• Quickly acquiring new technical expertise.
• Training and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical position.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working on multiple Salesforce project deployments.
• Experience implementing new deployments of Salesforce Service Cloud, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud.
• Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
• Working hands-on experience on writing code in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript.
• Experience with Web Services Concepts like REST, SOAP, JSON and XML.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong team player.
• Great communication skills.
• Flexible to change.
