Job Description
Mentimeter is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to enhance how they track and drive revenue. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and operations, focusing on developing and implementing revenue attribution models, building scalable customer journey tracking systems, and enabling data-driven marketing strategies. The Revenue Operations Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to map customer journeys and refine campaigns. They will also oversee the integration and performance of tools such as Salesforce, Braze, 6sense, and Looker.
- Build and improve attribution models.
- Map end-to-end customer journeys.
- Oversee system integration and performance.
- Develop dashboards and reporting structures.
- Coordinate implementation of attribution-related projects.
- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies.
Mentimeter requires:
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and multi-touch attribution models.
- Familiarity with revenue tools like Salesforce, Braze, Looker, or 6sense.
- Ability to manage cross-functional technical projects.
- Analytical mindset focused on business outcomes.

This role is primarily an onsite position in Stockholm with the possibility to work from home up to twice per week.
