Mentimeter, a company focused on transforming presentations into conversations, is seeking a highly skilled and technically adept Revenue Operations Manager. This role is pivotal in designing, optimizing, and automating customer journeys, ensuring accurate measurement of marketing efforts across various touchpoints. The Revenue Operations Manager will be part of the Revenue Operations team, collaborating with Marketing, Revenue Analytics, and Data teams to bridge the gap between technology, marketing strategy, and performance measurement, delivering scalable systems for predictable revenue growth. This position reports to the Director of MarTech & Operations.
Role Involves:
- Drive the development, implementation, and optimization of revenue attribution models.
- Design and orchestrate end-to-end customer journeys.
- Optimize the marketing technology stack.
- Work with Data and Revenue Analytics teams to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Implement automated systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, revenue analytics, and data teams.
- Assess new technologies, tools, and platforms to improve the revenue attribution process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with revenue attribution models in SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage attribution models for complex sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
- Strong experience in integrating and managing data across multiple systems.
- Experience building dashboards and reports.
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing marketing automation systems.
- Ability to lead and manage technical projects related to revenue attribution.
