Intercom is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 12-month contract in Dublin, Ireland. The role involves:

  • Building and managing candidate pipelines through creative sourcing and screening.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Using data-driven insights to improve recruiting strategies.
  • Leading structured interview panel meetings and debriefs.
  • Managing the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Representing Intercom's mission, vision, and values.

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • Strong ability to source and attract top engineering talent.
  • Solid understanding of the global technical hiring landscape, particularly in Ireland.
  • Excellent multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, and other networking platforms.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to be onsite at their Dublin office (Stephen’s Green) for at least 2 days per week.
