Karat is seeking a Content Development Engineer to join their Content team. The Content team focuses on developing high-quality technical interview questions utilized for assessing engineering talent. The Content Development Engineer will be responsible for developing technical interview questions and upholding content standards through peer reviews and feedback integration.
What this role involves:
- Use engineering knowledge to produce high-quality interview content, meeting provided stakeholder specifications and Karat standards
- Author new technical interview questions in a variety of subject domains, leveraging modern technology, including generative AI
- Complete peer reviews of content developments, ensuring all content is at a consistent standard
- Integrate feedback and iterate on content based on performance data and feedback from the Content Corrections team
Requirements:
- 1+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer
- Demonstrated ability to program in a common programming language
- Experience working remotely with global teams
- Fluent, concise English communication skills (verbal and written)
