Level.works is seeking a proactive and responsible Coordinator Support to manage incoming inquiries and enhance automated information delivery for its temporary staff. The role involves serving as the first point of contact for inbound questions via phone, with plans to expand to email and chat. He/she will be responsible for directly answering queries when possible, and routing complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely responses. They will also oversee open questions, track response deadlines, and contribute to developing solutions like FAQ pages and chatbots to expedite information access for employees.
Role involves: - Handling inbound questions via phone, email and chat
- Answering questions or routing them to the correct department
- Maintaining overview of open questions and deadlines
- Contributing to solutions for faster information access
- Investigating proactive information delivery methods
Requirements: - Enjoys helping people with a customer-focused attitude
- Project management skills and a focus on continuous improvement
- Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Availability for a minimum of 32 hours, preferably 40 hours per week
Level.works offers: - A salary between €2,650 and €2,850 per month based on 40 hours
