Level.works is offering a traineeship recruitment position in Rotterdam. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual with commercial affinity to learn everything about recruitment. The role offers a structured growth path where the candidate can advance to the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant within one year and even further within the organization.It involves starting as a Junior Recruiter, learning all facets of the recruitment profession, and starting with the SEU (Stichting Examens Uitzendbranche) education. As a Recruitment Consultant, the role expands beyond recruitment to include analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and liaising with marketing on campaigns. After 7 months, and upon obtaining the SEU certificate, the candidate can advance to Senior Recruitment Consultant, gaining extra responsibilities such as training recruiters and contributing to team leadership.Role Involves:

Requirements:

• Completed HBO or WO education
• Ambitious and proactive
• Empathetic, strong communicator, and customer-oriented in Dutch (minimum C1 level)
• Commercial mindset and comfortable making phone calls
• Available for at least 32 hours per week
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
