Level.works is offering a traineeship in recruitment based in Rotterdam. This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual with commercial affinity to learn all aspects of recruitment. The role offers a structured growth path, with the potential to advance to Senior Recruitment Consultant within one year and further within the organization.

The Role Involves:

• Starting as a Junior Recruiter and learning all facets of recruitment.
• Studying for and obtaining the SEU (Stichting Examens Uitzendbranche) certification.
• Progressing to a Recruitment Consultant, analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and liaising with marketing.
• Advancing to Senior Recruitment Consultant with additional responsibilities such as training recruiters and contributing to team strategy.

Requirements:

• Completed HBO or WO education.
• Ambitious and proactive attitude.
• Empathetic, strong communicator, and customer-oriented in Dutch (minimum C1 level).
• Commercial mindset and comfortable making phone calls.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week, with good organizational and accuracy skills.
