Job Description

Power Digital, a tech-enabled growth firm, seeks an Email Strategist to drive email and SMS strategy for clients. The role involves managing email marketing operations, building automated programs, collaborating with creative teams, and providing recommendations on performance. The Strategist will work closely with creative, content, web, and other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for clients
  • Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel
  • Build and manage automated email marketing programs
  • Collaborate with creative team to ensure brand guidelines are followed in emails
  • Report and provide recommendations on lifecycle programs’ performance monthly to clients
  • Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with all other internal digital channels
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years experience in email marketing strategy and campaign management
  • Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
  • SMS experience (preferred)
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
  • Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
