Job Description
Flo, a leading female health app with over 400M downloads and 75M monthly users, is seeking a Content Design Lead to join their User Centric product teams. This role is based in London. The Content Design Lead will be responsible for leading a team of content designers focused on driving repeat engagement with the app. They will prioritize delivery while actively developing the content design community at Flo. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels under pressure.
Role involves:
- Leading a team of content designers.
- Creating scalable design solutions.
- Analyzing performance and suggesting improvements.
- Presenting work and learnings to wider teams.
- Developing a culture of design excellence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in content design.
- Experience in inspiring and motivating a team.
- Track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Portfolio of data-driven content design examples.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and iterative design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Ability to present design decisions clearly.
- Knowledge of content design in a business context.
- Growth mindset and ability to context switch.
