This role involves tracking and analyzing social media performance, using data analytics and visualization tools to understand customer preferences. The specialist will also study market trends and the competitive landscape. Responsibilities include dynamic optimization and scenario simulation, applying machine learning to predict customer behavior, and using natural language processing to analyze feedback.What this role involves:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in audience analytics, campaign analysis, and social listening.
  • Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong level of English
  • Ability to be in our Mexico City office 2-3 times per week.
