Brainlabs, a high-performance media agency, is seeking a Head of Influencer to lead and build a cost-effective delivery team. This role is based in London and reports to the Managing Director Influencer. The Head of Influencer will drive profitability, team development, and client satisfaction. They will champion technology adoption to enhance efficiency and deliver exceptional client work.Responsibilities include:
- Driving Influencer practice profitability through efficient processes and technology.
- Leading and resourcing the Influencer practice, setting priorities.
- Managing senior client relationships, ensuring timely and high-quality work.
- Leading career development, retention, and engagement of the Influencer team.
- Ensuring commercials meet profitability guidelines.
- Retaining key clients and achieving targeted growth.
Requirements include:
- Strong Influencer delivery knowledge and c.10 years of experience.
- Commercial acumen and experience in managing a profitable delivery team.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing Influencer delivery through automation.
- Problem-solving skills and client-focused solutions.
- Confident communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in building and delivering training programs.
