Job Description

Brainlabs is seeking a System Administrator to support its IT infrastructure and staff, contributing to the agency's mission of becoming the world's biggest and best independent media agency. The System Administrator will be responsible for supporting essential IT operations, end users, and service improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, and applications.
  • Support end users following the IT Service Management Framework.
  • Participate in Service Improvement Projects and Initiatives.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Help improve the IT security posture and participate in internal and external audits.
  • Carry out Procurement, Documentation, and Policy Implementation Tasks.
  • Support Client and Client Supporting Teams on IT-Related Requests and Projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
  • Working knowledge in AWS, GCP, or Azure Platform.
  • Certification in any of the Technologies (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, ITIL).
  • Experience with Networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and Patch management.
  • Knowledge of System security, data backup/recovery.
  • Knowledge of Scripting is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, and Mac/Apple OS would be beneficial.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Knowledge of Windows Intune and Jamf Pro.
  • Working knowledge of Ticketing systems and ITSM or ITOM.
  • Excellent communication skills.
