Job Description

Brainlabs is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Global Operations team in India. This role focuses on building seamless connections and automations between operational platforms to enhance efficiency across the business. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in API integration and automation development, with a strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrations between key platforms like HubSpot, Monday.com, and Clockify HR.
  • Design and implement API connections to streamline workflows and ensure accurate data flow.
  • Identify manual processes for automation and implement solutions to save time and reduce errors.
  • Ensure consistent data synchronization across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business needs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system integration issues.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in API integration and automation development.
  • Proficiency in Python and other programming languages such as JavaScript & SQL.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
  • Experience with Webhooks, Zapier, Integromat.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Curious and innovative mindset to improve workflows.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new coding languages and tools.
