Job Description
Brainlabs is seeking a Manager, Paid Search to deliver best-in-class work for clients. The Manager will apply their Paid Search knowledge and experience to positively impact client deliverables and the wider team. They will help define campaign delivery plans, including objectives and optimization strategies. The Manager will also generate and promote innovative concepts to clients, applying a test and learn approach, and share successes across the practice by improving guidelines, playbooks, and processes, including automation opportunities.Role involves:
  • Delivering highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
  • Defining campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.
  • Effectively tracking and optimizing campaigns.
  • Serving as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day tasks and deliverables.
  • Developing and implementing guidelines and processes, contributing to ideas around automation or process improvement.
  • Contributing to the development of a best-practice roadmap for the Paid Search offering.
  • Mentoring others across the practice, helping to grow capability and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with a strong Paid Search delivery track record.
  • Passion for their craft.
  • Demonstrable success in optimizing Paid Search campaigns through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
  • Good understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
  • Confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator.
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical, and process-oriented.
