Brainlabs is seeking a Managing Director, Paid Social to grow their Paid Social excellence and revenue. The Managing Director will have the strategic vision to build a world-class Paid Social proposition and the drive to grow revenue. They will be a respected industry thought leader and have experience building profitable, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and future talent.Brainlabs has a unique culture, documented in The Brainlabs Culture Code, consisting of 12 codes that talk to what it means to be a Brainlabber.
In this role, the Managing Director will: - Grow revenue across the Paid Social practice.
- Manage the P&L for their region to deliver profitable growth.
- Be a thought leader in their area of expertise, promoting Brainlabs through partnerships, events, marketing/PR, and case studies.
- Collaborate internally to set an industry-leading Paid Social proposition for Brainlabs.
- Focus on new business pitches and existing client revenue opportunities.
Brainlabs is looking for someone who: - Is a hunter who enjoys winning and sharing success.
- Has 10+ years of experience in Paid Social and a portfolio of articles.
- Is highly commercial with experience managing a successful practice P&L.
- Has strong presentation, pitching, and selling capabilities.
- Is a natural problem solver.
- Is a confident, dynamic, and engaging communicator.
- Is well-connected across the digital marketing sector.
