Senior Consultant, HTA & Market Access at Putnam

Putnam, an Inizio Advisory company, seeks a Senior Consultant to join its HTA & Market Access team in France. The Senior Consultant will use their health economic expertise to deliver HTA strategies, develop economic models and communication tools, and guide clients through CEESP submissions.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting research and data analysis independently.
• Leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Leading proposal development and contributing to business opportunities.
• Participation in capability presentation.
• Contributing to thought leadership.
• Line management responsibilities (if applicable).
• Supporting the team’s health economic intelligence efforts.
• Collaborating with other functions.

The role requires:

• A higher degree (PhD or MSc) in health economics/modeling/market access or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5-8 years full-time experience (candidates with 3-5 years may be considered with significant expertise in French HTA and CEESP submissions).
• A comprehensive understanding of HTA methodologies and processes (essential knowledge of French HTA processes).
• Demonstrated experience in CEESP submission.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
