Point72 is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Japan Management Office. The Executive Assistant will be the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters related to the Japan Management Office. He/she will assist the Japan Management Team with administrative tasks, ensure timely follow-up on issues, facilitate communication between the team and internal departments, and manage deliverables.Responsibilities:
  • Assist with calendar management, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.
  • Field and prioritize issues for the Japan Management Team.
  • Serve as a bridge for communication between the Japan Management Team and internal departments.
  • Draft correspondence and handle other administrative tasks.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs and meet deadlines.
  • Assist the Point72 APAC Academy Recruiting team with tasks and events.
  • Help visitors from overseas offices acclimate when visiting the Japan office.
  • Work on ad-hoc requests and special projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Sound judgment and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual in both Japanese and English.
  • Prior experience working in a global organization and managing global stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and Webex.
