Solutions Architect (Sales Engineer)

Job Description

Endor Labs is seeking a Solutions Architect to connect with customers. The role involves educating about application security, mastering their product suite, delivering tailored demos, shaping customer outcomes, and facilitating customer success.

The Solutions Architect will work closely with the engineering and product teams to design solutions based on customer feedback. The goal is to ensure customers can fully leverage their technology and achieve their security and development objectives.

Responsibilities Include:

• Educate about Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security.
• Master the supply chain security product suite.
• Deliver tailored demos.
• Shape customer outcomes.
• Facilitate customer success through onboarding.

Requirements:

• Experience in pre-sales or a customer-facing, technical role.
• Understanding of Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and open-source ecosystems.
• Experience engaging with technical customers at an Enterprise level.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Collaborative spirit.
• Action-oriented.
