Job Description
Aisera is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Customer Success to join its team. The company offers an AI-driven service experience solution. This role is based in Palo Alto, CA. This individual will partner closely with internal teams to bridge business and technology, helping customers realize the art of the possible with Conversational AI. They will serve as the voice of the customer and ensure their success and satisfaction.Responsibilities include:
  • Owning and collaborating on onboarding projects and customer initiatives
  • Reporting on project status internally and externally
  • Creating and running cross-functional processes (project planning, timeline tracking, resource assignment, change management, risk management)
  • Building relationships with external partners and internal teams
  • Developing a deep understanding of products, technologies, and partners
  • Identifying process gaps and streamlining internal delivery processes
Requirements include:
  • At least 5 years’ professional experience in Project Management in Customer facing roles
  • A passion for customers and problem-solving
  • Extreme follow-through ability
  • Willingness to get in the weeds and make things happen
  • Comfortable in a startup environment
  • Strong cross-functional and creative collaboration skills
  • Self-awareness and a desire to continually improve
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
