Senior Backend Engineer, Platform

Job Description

Uniswap Labs is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to contribute to the platform team, ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of its products. The role involves building and maintaining shared services that power the Uniswap ecosystem. The engineer will be based in New York or can be US-based remote.Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems.
• Writing high-quality, well-tested code and reviewing code.
• Providing guidance and technical leadership.
• Driving strategic technical initiatives.
• Improving developer productivity and system reliability.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on infrastructure.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Go, or Rust.
• Excellent coding skills and understanding of AWS cloud architecture.
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale production systems.
• Ability to build systems from the ground up.
• Passion for building scalable, reliable systems.
