Job Description

Altana is seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead the company's efforts in establishing and scaling strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role involves identifying and prioritizing partnership opportunities that align with Altana's growth objectives. The Head of Partnerships will collaborate with internal teams to structure win-win agreements and drive revenue growth through co-selling, marketplace opportunities, and joint go-to-market initiatives.

• Identify and prioritize strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a partnerships leadership role within the tech industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships. They should possess expertise in establishing marketplaces, building partner channels, and managing large-scale partner account relationships. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach.

Altana offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 - $220,000 USD, equity grants, flexible time off, paid parental leave, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) savings, and various wellness programs.
