Job Description
Power Digital is seeking an Enterprise Account Director, Client Services, to work with clients in the Enterprise space. The ideal candidate will have a broad background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role involves driving performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned, and earned channels. The Account Director will guide and counsel clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes and lead teams of highly-talented marketers.
  • Establishing strong relationships with client key decision makers.
  • Guiding the account team with a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Leading the contract renewal strategy and presentation.
  • Identifying additional strategies to improve performance and expand client partnerships.
  • Managing a diverse set of clients with a minimum of $150K in monthly recurring revenue.
  • Leading by example and practicing servant leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services.
  • Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations platform experience.
  • Experience speaking to business-level metrics.
  • Campaign leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with executive-level points of contact.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving and continued learning.
