Power Digital is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics. The ideal candidate will have experience across digital marketing channels and tools, guiding clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes. This role involves leading cross-functional account teams, spearheading service expansions, managing media, and crafting testing roadmaps.Power Digital supports remote, in-office, or hybrid work styles for anyone legally eligible to work in the U.S.Responsibilities:
Establishes a strong relationship with client key decision makers
Leads the cross-functional account teams with a comprehensive strategy across paid, owned and earned channels
Leverages data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities
Uses overlapping datasets to find the truth and make better marketing decisions
Leads by example and practices servant leadership
Leads the contract renewal strategy, presentation and proposal development alongside the Account Manager to extend client partnerships
Works with the Account Manager and the internal account team to identify additional strategies to improve performance and expand client partnerships
Manages a diverse set of clients totaling up to $150K in monthly recurring revenue
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
3-5 years digital marketing experience. Preferred experience executing cross-channel plans
Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores through NPS or similar retention metrics
