Eko, an innovative e-commerce startup, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a 6-month maternity leave replacement, with a potential for a full-time position. The role involves leading recruitment efforts and core HR initiatives globally. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles, including R&D and global hiring.
- Conduct kickoff meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels.
- Conduct in-depth HR interviews to assess candidates’ fit.
- Manage job postings and employer branding efforts.
- Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and employment agreements.
- Develop and implement the company’s performance review process to drive employee growth.
- Serve as a trusted partner for managers, providing guidance on employee relations, development, and team dynamics.
- Support global compensation and benefits strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
- Address employee concerns and provide solutions to HR-related dilemmas.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across multiple regions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition in tech companies.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment in R&D global hiring.
- Understanding of performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment.
- Experience working with Greenhouse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
