Eko, an innovative e-commerce startup, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a 6-month maternity leave replacement, with a potential for a full-time position. The role involves leading recruitment efforts and core HR initiatives globally. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles, including R&D and global hiring.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels.
  • Conduct in-depth HR interviews to assess candidates’ fit.
  • Manage job postings and employer branding efforts.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and employment agreements.
  • Develop and implement the company’s performance review process to drive employee growth.
  • Serve as a trusted partner for managers, providing guidance on employee relations, development, and team dynamics.
  • Support global compensation and benefits strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Address employee concerns and provide solutions to HR-related dilemmas.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across multiple regions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition in tech companies.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment in R&D global hiring.
  • Understanding of performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
