Verkada is seeking a dedicated IT professional to oversee all EMEA IT operations as a Sr. IT Engineer. This role involves providing technical and operational support to employees in the EMEA region while collaborating with the HQ IT team to maintain global IT standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively addressing both technical and operational challenges.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all EMEA IT operations.
  • Troubleshooting IT-related issues, including hardware, systems, networking, and audio & video.
  • Administering a wide variety of SaaS applications and managing IT procurement.
  • Partnering with business units, collaborating on IT-related projects, and supporting a global workforce.
  • Analyzing existing IT processes, suggesting improvements, and implementing business processes.
  • Supporting IT for remote employees.

Requirements include:

  • Prior IT/helpdesk/customer service experience.
  • A customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Ability to administer Google Workspace (G-Suite) and experience with SSO platforms (Okta, OneLogin, etc.).
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and global asset management.
