• Owning and evolving the platform architecture.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Leading technical discussions and making architectural decisions.
• Defining technical project roadmaps.
• Establishing software development best practices.
• Mentoring developers.
• Monitoring technical risks and optimizing architecture.

Requirements include:

• 6+ years of experience in software architecture or related roles.
• Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Angular, Azure, Kubernetes, and GitLab.
• Proven success in leading development teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A strong product mindset.
