AirTrunk is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join their People & Culture team. This role is based at AirTrunk's HQ in North Sydney. The Senior Talent Partner will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to drive AirTrunk's success across Australia and other APAC countries.

The Senior Talent Partner will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will coordinate interviews, assist hiring managers with strategies, and manage agency relationships when necessary.

This role involves:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinating the interview process and candidate communication.
  • Establishing and managing recruitment agency relationships.
  • Managing job descriptions and external advertising.
  • Sourcing candidates directly and developing talent pipelines.
  • Building relationships with internal teams.
  • Participating in talent acquisition and people & culture projects.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Experience in Construction, Infrastructure or Engineering is preferred
  • High-level stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
