Job Description
Power Digital is seeking a CPG/Retail Account Manager to work with clients in the Retail + In-store D2C space. The Account Manager will drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned, and earned channels. They will guide and counsel clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes and lead cross-functional account teams of highly-talented marketers. This role involves optimizing team efforts and providing strategic guidance, spearheading service expansions, managing media, crafting testing roadmaps, and leading tactical pivots when necessary. The Account Manager will demonstrate exceptional leadership by gaining trust and providing unmatched strategic insight to their cross-functional account teams.Role Responsibilities:
  • Establishing strong client relationships through regular check-ins.
  • Leading cross-functional account teams with comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Translating data-driven insights into actionable steps.
  • Using overlapping datasets to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Providing timely feedback to team members.
  • Leading contract renewal strategies and proposal development.
  • Identifying additional strategies to improve performance and expand client partnerships.
Role Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations platform experience.
  • Experience speaking to business-level metrics.
  • Campaign leadership skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with executive-level contacts.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving.
