Appier, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company specializing in AI-powered business decisions, is seeking a Campaign Analyst in Taipei, Taiwan. The Campaign Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining ad campaigns using Appier's proprietary product. Responsibilities include executing and maintaining ad campaigns, planning and managing multinational campaigns, analyzing campaign data and performance, collaborating with various teams, and improving AI model effectiveness.
- Executes and maintain ad campaigns in Appier proprietary products.
- Plans and manage multinational advertising campaigns, formulating localized advertising strategies.
- Analyzes data and performance of campaigns, detailed optimization to reaching client’s KPI.
- Co-works with sales managers, account managers, product managers and on various optimization related projects.
- Adjustments and improve the effectiveness of AI models.
- Improves overall performance of the system.
- Provides historical data and estimation of performance for the business development team.
- Assists the development of new customers.
The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and a creative problem solver. They should possess strong analytical skills, be a team player, and have a passion for online advertising.
- 1+ years of working experience.
- RTB/Programmatic buying experience a plus.
- Passion for online advertising and/or game-changing technology.
- Eagerness to work in a start-up team environment that will be rapidly changing.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Flexibility to occasionally work at odd hours when necessary (from home). This role needs to work on weekend shift (once per month).
- Minimum BA/BS University degree or related experience.
- Business level fluency in English (TOEIC 750+, GEPT High-Intermediate level, TOEFL 90+, IELTS 6.5+).
- Exposure to online ad serving concepts (CPM/CPA/RTB/ROI), video, mobile, social media is a plus.
