EMEA & US Senior HRBP at Appier

Appier, an AI SaaS company, is seeking a Senior HRBP to support its expansion in EMEA and the US. The HRBP will be the market HR leader, driving employee engagement, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness, partnering with global HR. They will provide strategic HR guidance, working with functional leaders in the region. The role's base location is preferred to be in Paris, France or Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing employee engagement, relations, effectiveness, and HR operations in EMEA and the US.
• Acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to functional leaders, providing HR leadership and advice.
• Leading employee communications, guiding on company values and policies.
• Acting as a liaison between EMEA, US colleagues, and the global HR team.
• Providing HR expertise in proposing and implementing benefit policies, addressing questions for local markets.
• Offering guidance to ensure adherence to local labor regulations.
• Acting as the point of contact for government or authority communications.
• Partnering with HR COEs and operations teams in areas like talent management, development, compensation, and policies.
• Deploying key people programs and initiatives.
• Diagnosing and developing organization strategy.
• Leading function-specific organization development strategies.
• Improving employee experience and engagement.
• Applying ethical judgment to safeguard company values and assets.

Requirements:

• Degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of HR or business analysis experience.
• Regional or international HR experience.
• Full-function HR generalist experience.
• Experience in building and scaling HR practices in an organization of ~100 employees.
• Ideally based in France or the Netherlands, with a strong understanding of labor laws.
• Fluent in English; fluency in French and/or a 3rd common European language is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate a matrix environment.
• Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
