Appier, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power business decision-making, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support one major function globally. The HRBP will collaborate with global colleagues and leaders to align HR strategies with Appier's business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to functional leaders.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to enhance employee engagement and talent management.
- Implement and execute key people programs and initiatives.
- Develop organizational strategies to bridge capability gaps.
- Support cultural alignment and change management.
- Improve employee experiences and engagement.
- Utilize business acumen to safeguard company values and assets.
- Support company-wide organization projects.
- Prepare people data and workforce analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and business analytics.
- Demonstrated ability in managing projects within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in using data to inform HR decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience utilizing data analysis in HR decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
