Appier is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support a major function globally and contribute to the company's growth. This role involves working with global teams and leaders to align HR strategies with Appier's business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) .
  • Implement and execute key people programs and initiatives.
  • Develop organizational strategies to bridge gaps between current capabilities and future business needs.
  • Support cultural alignment and change management within the function.
  • Improve employee experiences and engagement.
  • Utilize business acumen and ethical judgment to safeguard company values and assets.
  • Support company-wide organization projects.
  • Prepare people data and workforce analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in HR.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing projects within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business level Japanese and English.
