Appier is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support a major function globally and contribute to the company's growth. This role involves working with global teams and leaders to align HR strategies with Appier's business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) .
- Implement and execute key people programs and initiatives.
- Develop organizational strategies to bridge gaps between current capabilities and future business needs.
- Support cultural alignment and change management within the function.
- Improve employee experiences and engagement.
- Utilize business acumen and ethical judgment to safeguard company values and assets.
- Support company-wide organization projects.
- Prepare people data and workforce analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in HR.
- Demonstrated ability in managing projects within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business level Japanese and English.
