Job Description
Appier, an AI SaaS company, is seeking a Renewal Sales Representative to grow existing business and prevent churn in Seoul, South Korea. The Renewal Sales Representative will work closely with the CSM team to foster strong client relationships, identify renewal opportunities, and execute selling strategies. He/She should have a sharp business acumen and is able to work with relevant stakeholders to prevent churn and manage renewals. He/She needs to possess the ability to grow and upsell to these existing accounts.Responsibilities include:
- Identifying renewal opportunities
- Maintaining revenue of assigned accounts across Korea
- Collaborating with the CSM team
- Growing revenue in existing accounts
- Maintaining communication with assigned accounts
- Forecasting and pipeline management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Sales or Account Management of enterprise software
- Strong soft skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Korea enterprise software ecosystem
- Comfortable English fluency
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
