Technical Service Engineer (Greater China Region) at Appier

Appier is seeking a Technical Service Engineer for the Greater China Region, based in Taipei, Taiwan. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist clients in integrating Appier AI technologies, providing consultation to overcome technical roadblocks. The engineer will perform data analysis on business-critical metrics, investigate campaign issues, and collaborate with account and campaign management teams, ensuring smooth onboarding and optimal use of Appier's AI-powered ad solutions.Role involves:

• Assisting customers in integrating Appier technologies.
• Collaborating with client Account Managers and technical teams.
• Understanding customer requirements and coordinating internal resources.
• Managing stakeholders’ expectations and resolving technical issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English are preferred.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Self-motivated and independent learner.
• Enjoys troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving problems.
• Basic understanding of website structures, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Familiar with Python and SQL (Preferred)
• Experience with iOS & Android application development (Preferred)
• Experience with Web development (Preferred)
