Technical Service Engineer (Greater China Region) at Appier

Appier, an AI SaaS company, is seeking a Technical Service Engineer for its Greater China Region, based in Beijing. The role involves ensuring optimal usage of Appier’s AI-empowered ad solutions by understanding customer's business, data, and constraints.

The Technical Service Engineer will work with the Product and HQ’s Technical Solutions teams, providing documentation and technical guidance to support the successful adoption of solutions. They will also develop solutions for customers by working out existing products upon data integration and service application recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist clients in integrating Appier’s solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them.
• Develop internal tools and scripts.
• Clarify client requirements and coordinate with teams.
• Provide market insights to the product team.

Requirements include:

• Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and iOS or Android application development.
• Ability to perform maintenance and debugging tasks for Web and App SDK-related solutions.
• Excellent research and summarization skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position.
