Technical Solution Engineer (Greater China Region)

Job Description

Appier is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to join their team in Beijing, China. This role involves deep dives into customer business cases, data, and constraints to ensure optimal usage of Appier’s AI-empowered ad solutions. The Technical Solution Engineer will work with Product and HQ’s Technical Solutions teams to support successful adoption of Appier's solutions, including providing appropriate documentation and technical guidance. They will also develop solutions for customers by working out existing products upon data integration and service application recommendations.Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients in integrating Appier’s solutions based on their business goals.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing internal tools and scripts to streamline operations and visualize/analyze data effectively.
• Clarifying client requirements and coordinating with the appropriate teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Providing market insights to the product team to support continuous product improvement.

Requirements include:

• Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and iOS or Android application development.
• Ability to perform maintenance and debugging tasks for Web and App SDK-related solutions.
• Excellent research and summarization skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, logical, and easily understandable manner.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies; self-motivated and capable of independent learning.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position.
