Technical Solution Engineer (Korean) at Appier

Appier is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to work in Taipei, Taiwan. The candidate will deep dive into customer's business cases, data, and constraints and ensure the optimal usage of Appier’s AI-empowered ad solutions. They will work with Product and HQ’s Technical Solutions teams to support successful adoption of Appier's solutions. Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the onboarding process.
• Work as a liaison with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical specifications for developers.
• Create user and training documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Develop internal tools and scripts.
• Escalate feature enhancements.
• Analyze data and provide insights.
• Understand client's current status and follow up proactively.

Requirements:

• Solid research and summarization skills.
• Good explanation skill in an easily understandable manner with logicalness.
• Good knowledge of SQL, Javascript and iOS or Android application development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
• Ability to perform maintenance and debugging tasks for Web and App SDK-related solutions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Self-motivated and independent learner.
