Technical Solution Engineer - MMP (Tokyo, Japan) at Appier

Appier, an AI SaaS company, is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer in Tokyo, Japan. The role involves deep dives into customer data and constraints to ensure optimal usage of Appier’s AI-empowered ad solutions. The Technical Solution Engineer will possess in-depth knowledge of Appier’s ad solutions, from development to sales strategy. They will collaborate with Product and HQ’s Technical Solutions teams to support solution adoption, providing documentation and technical guidance.

Responsibilities include:

• Guiding clients through the onboarding process for Appier's solutions.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to determine project requirements.
• Preparing technical specifications for developers.
• Creating user and training documentation.
• Troubleshooting technical issues via communication with developers.
• Developing internal tools and scripts for streamlined operations and data analysis.
• Escalating feature enhancements and coordinating between clients and Project Managers.
• Analyzing data to provide insights to customers and colleagues.
• Proactively following up with clients based on project timelines to understand their current status.

Requirements:

• Solid research and summarization skills.
• Strong explanation skills with logical communication.
• Good knowledge of SQL, Javascript, and iOS or Android application development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English (Professional level) and Japanese (Native level).
• Ability to perform maintenance and debugging tasks for Web and App SDK-related solutions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Self-motivated and independent learner.
• Relevant BSC degree with 3+ years of experience in a relevant position.
