Fullstack Engineer - AI Applications (f/m/d)

Job Description

Contentful is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join its AI Application team in Berlin. This team focuses on developing AI-driven content solutions. The Fullstack Engineer will be instrumental in creating AI-powered experiences that improve content authoring and interaction for Contentful's customers. They will work with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop intelligent content management solutions.

The role involves integrating existing AI technologies and developing new services and workflows to enhance content creation, personalization, and automation.

Role involves:

• Researching, prototyping, and delivering new AI-powered features.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining frontend and backend components using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Integrating AI models, APIs, and services to build intelligent automation and personalization capabilities.
• Developing and integrating backend services that power AI-driven features.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Optimizing AI-driven processes to ensure solutions are performant and scalable.
• Staying updated with advancements in AI technologies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience in integrating AI/ML APIs, models, or services into products.
• Experience in developing APIs and services capable of handling moderate traffic efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
