Contentful is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to help customers understand the role of content. The role involves working with Account Executives through sales cycles, building relationships with customer stakeholders, and providing guidance on digital marketing technology.He/she will:
  • Work with Account Executives through key phases of the sales cycle.
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Validate and illustrate how Contentful can help the customer with product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
  • Assist with the completion of RFIs, RFPs, and Security questionnaires.
  • Relay product feedback from customers and implementation partners.
  • Mentor other Sales Engineers.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a comparable field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
  • 3-5 years sales engineering experience selling cloud solutions to a Marketing audience OR 3-5 years of experience performing a Digital Marketing function.
  • Strong presentation skills.
