Huspy, a rapidly growing proptech company in the EMEA region, is seeking a Product Designer to join their team in Barcelona. The Product Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the look and feel of Huspy's products, taking ownership of the user experience from start to finish. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features and continuously refine them based on user feedback and analytics.Role involves:

• Leading the design process for features, from ideation to implementation.
• Evaluating design success through user feedback and analytics.
• Conducting user research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborating with Engineering and Product Managers.
• Delivering high-impact features quickly and effectively.
• Taking full responsibility for designs and maintaining a high-quality user experience.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Proven experience designing for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, and B2B/B2C products.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate.
• Strong focus on user-centric design.
• Exceptional UI design skills.
• Branding expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of Figma and design systems.
• Solid project management skills.
• Customer obsession.
