Guardsquare is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their Talent team in Leuven. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the entire hiring process, from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan.
  • Create job announcements and source candidates through various channels.
  • Interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
  • Manage all communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to maintain a positive employer reputation.
  • Participate in hiring events and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain recruitment best practices and optimize hiring processes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field (HR, Communications, ...) and/or have equivalent experience.
  • First experience in a similar position.
  • Experience hiring technical professionals is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Familiarity with Recruitment Software/ATS and job/sourcing platforms.
