Guardsquare is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their Talent team in Leuven. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the entire hiring process, from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan.
- Create job announcements and source candidates through various channels.
- Interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
- Manage all communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with Marketing to maintain a positive employer reputation.
- Participate in hiring events and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Maintain recruitment best practices and optimize hiring processes.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field (HR, Communications, ...) and/or have equivalent experience.
- First experience in a similar position.
- Experience hiring technical professionals is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Familiarity with Recruitment Software/ATS and job/sourcing platforms.
