Job Description
Flipp is seeking a Manager of Strategy to significantly influence the company's growth trajectory through strategic analysis and impactful projects. The role involves being a key contributor to Flipp's strategic planning process, with a focus on supporting M&A activities, conducting in-depth analysis, and leading cross-functional special projects.
Responsibilities include:
- M&A Support: Play a crucial role in M&A transactions through pipeline identification and management, valuation analysis, due diligence support & integration planning.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and financial modelling to inform strategic decision-making.
- Annual Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of annual strategic planning process.
- Special Projects: Lead and manage cross-functional special projects that are critical to Flipp's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
- Experience with M&A transactions is highly desirable.
- Experience in the retail, technology or digital advertising industry is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment.
