Taskrabbit is seeking a Customer Support Supervisor to join their team. This is a remote-first position based in Poland, with potential travel to the UK & US offices. The Customer Support Supervisor will report directly to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for ensuring high performance, coaching team members, supporting regional strategy, and driving process improvement opportunities within the Customer Support organization.

The Customer Support supervisor will work closely with global peers and the EU outsource partner to support the growth and alignment of the Customer Service Team for Europe. She/he will serve as an escalation point, tackle complex service issues, recommend solutions, and bridge communications across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of 15-18 Customer Service Specialists.
  • Work closely with the Customer Support Manager to understand and action business goals and KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to team members, delivering timely feedback.
  • Monitor team performance, quality, adherence, and daily schedule.
  • Partner with the Training and Development team on new hire onboarding.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for resolving emergencies.
  • Assist in hiring and developing a team while actively managing performance issues.
  • Support in projects and process improvement opportunities.
  • Create a safe and engaging work environment.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of leadership experience, with 1 year in a customer service function.
  • 1 year of experience in executive escalations or policy enforcement.
  • Superb people skills.
  • Attention to detail and processes.
  • Self-starter with intrinsic motivation.
  • Data-driven with an understanding of the customer journey.
  • Fluency in English (required); French is an advantage.
  • Available full-time (40 hours / week).
  • Eligible to work in Poland (no relocation support).
