Taskrabbit is seeking a Customer Support Supervisor to join their team. This is a remote-first position based in Poland, with potential travel to the UK & US offices. The Customer Support Supervisor will report directly to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for ensuring high performance, coaching team members, supporting regional strategy, and driving process improvement opportunities within the Customer Support organization.
The Customer Support supervisor will work closely with global peers and the EU outsource partner to support the growth and alignment of the Customer Service Team for Europe. She/he will serve as an escalation point, tackle complex service issues, recommend solutions, and bridge communications across teams.
