Event Producer (Contractor/Freelance) at Allied Global Marketing

Allied Global Marketing is seeking a skilled Event Producer on a contract/freelance basis to contribute to the successful execution of event builds and productions for its prominent agency clients. The ideal candidate will bring a unique creative vision, a proven track record, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.This role involves managing client campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

• Managing client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation.
• Managing campaign timelines and implementation plans.
• Liaising with clients/stakeholders to manage project expectations.
• Coordinating with internal Creative and Production teams.
• Providing regular updates on project deliverables.
• Preparing and managing campaign budgets.
• Liaising with suppliers to source and track campaign costs.
• Building strong relationships.
• Attending client meetings.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an events agency or event production role.
• Good financial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Word.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activities.
