UX Researcher at Chemaxon

Chemaxon, an industry-leading cheminformatics software company, is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join their team in Budapest. The UX Researcher will work on a chemical drawing tool, collaborating with scientists and a mature UX team. This role involves defining research plans, conducting diverse research activities, analyzing and synthesizing research results, and advocating for a research-based culture within the company.

Responsibilities include:

Requirements:

• Experience with a broad range of user research methods.
• Knowledge of when to apply which techniques.
• Ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights.
• Basic knowledge of agile development processes.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
