Job Description

Nift is seeking a Client Success Manager to join its Core Performance Marketing Team. Nift aims to reshape how people discover and try new brands.

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing client campaigns to achieve performance goals and maximize budget utilization. They will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide strategic insights, and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and campaign setup
  • Proactively manage and optimize client campaigns
  • Client relationship management
  • Performance analysis and reporting
  • Strategic insights and consultation
  • Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Market and industry research
  • Customer success and retention

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of account management and/or client success experience, with digital advertising
  • Experience managing relationships with eCommerce brands
  • Expertise in PPC, CPA, CPC, and LTV models
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret client data
  • Advanced spreadsheet proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
