VIP IT support analyst

Job Description

Constructor TECH is seeking a VIP IT Support Analyst to provide direct technical support to the CEO, executive team, and their family members. The role involves personally managing personal devices and complicated IT infrastructures for multiple private residences and offices across EMEA.

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and perfect functioning of the working environment of the CEO in different locations. The candidate must proactively document potential operational scenarios, regularly validate their functionality, and guarantee seamless performance after any changes.

Responsibilities:

• Full IT setup and maintenance of office spaces and private residences.
• Provide on-demand IT support to VIP family members.
• Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage devices, licenses, and subscriptions.
• Proactively update hardware and software.
• Ensure robust IT connectivity during business trips and vacations.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Monitor cybersecurity practices.
• Document resolutions and configurations.
• Assist with tech due diligence for VC investments.
• Provide 24/7 support.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT support, ideally supporting VIP/executive-level users.
• Experience performing tasks independently.
• Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and related enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency with network technologies, backup and recovery, and endpoint security tools.
• Skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Must pass comprehensive background checks.
