Constructor TECH, an all-in-one platform for education and research, is seeking a VIP IT Support Analyst. This role involves providing direct technical support to the CEO, executive team, and their family members across multiple residences and offices in EMEA. The ideal candidate will ensure the continuous and perfect functioning of the CEO's working environment in various locations.Constructor TECH headquarters is in Switzerland, but it has entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore.
Responsibilities: - Full IT setup and maintenance of complicated office spaces.
- Provide on-demand IT support to VIP family members on personal devices.
- Resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and general maintenance issues.
- Expert support for Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Manage house/office devices, licenses, and subscriptions.
- Regular updates and replacements of hardware, software, and licenses.
- Ensure robust IT connectivity and device setup during executive travel.
- Perform hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
- Monitor and maintain robust cybersecurity practices.
- Detailed documentation of issue resolutions and configurations.
- Ad-Hoc creative tasks.
Requirements: - Demonstrated hands-on experience in an IT support role, ideally supporting VIP/executive-level users directly.
- Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and related enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency with network technologies, backup and recovery, and endpoint security tools.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English.
