Job Description

Constructor TECH is seeking a VIP IT Support Analyst to provide direct technical assistance to the CEO, executive team, and their families. The role will involve personally managing devices and IT infrastructures for multiple private residences and offices across EMEA. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with the ability to travel internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Full IT setup and maintenance of office spaces in various environments.
  • Providing on-demand IT support to VIP family members.
  • Resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Managing house/office devices, licenses, and subscriptions.
  • Performing proactive updates and replacements of hardware and software.
  • Ensuring robust IT connectivity during executive travel.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, and AV equipment.
  • Monitoring and maintaining cybersecurity practices.
  • Creating detailed documentation of resolutions and configurations.
  • Assisting with tech due diligence for VC investments.
  • Providing 24/7 support for urgent executive needs.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience in an IT support role, preferably supporting VIP/executive-level users.
  • Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and related solutions.
  • Proficiency with network technologies, backup and recovery, and endpoint security tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
