Blackbird Health is seeking a Director of Performance Analytics to provide strategic insights and optimize performance across the organization. The Director will analyze financial and operational data, identify areas for AI and automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions. This role involves driving process optimization, developing business intelligence tools, and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities.Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and revenue trends.
• Lead performance analytics strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Provide insights into clinical and operational metrics.
• Lead data-driven projects for resource allocation and financial performance.
• Build financial models for pricing and expansion plans.
• Assess processes for AI and automation opportunities.
• Research and implement AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time performance visibility.
• Support strategic projects and collaborate with various teams.
• Conduct market research and benchmark against industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in performance analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
• Management consulting experience with a background in strategy and financial modeling.
• Expertise in data analytics tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare metrics and regulatory requirements.
