Job Description
Point72 is seeking a QA Engineer to join its Back Office Technology team in Warsaw. This role focuses on post-trade execution and accounting systems. The QA Engineer will work closely with software development, support, and business teams to deliver high-quality applications. Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Develop and maintain test plans, manual and automated tests.
- Work closely with software development, support, and business teams.
- Advocate for quality assurance practices.
- Analyze test results and implement improvements.
- Ensure software changes meet requirements.
- Maintain and track QA capacity and deliverables.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance engineering.
- Development experience with C# or Java and testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL queries and working with databases.
- Experience working in agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
